In these terms, we, us and our refer to the seller operating SGLaser. These terms are intended for consumer purchases. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Products and personalisation
Check the description, materials, dimensions, quantity, finish and selected options before ordering. A photograph may show styling or accessories that are not included; the product description should make this clear. Any image described as an illustration or AI generated preview does not remove the requirement for the goods to match their description.
Enter names, dates and other personalisation carefully. We will make personalised items to the details agreed with you. If you spot a mistake, contact us promptly. A requested change depends on the production stage and must be agreed with us; do not assume that a message has changed your order.
A digital design proof (Digital Sample) is sent before production where this option is expressly offered and selected, or separately agreed with you. Any requested amendments are considered individually and may require a separate agreement on scope, cost and timing before work proceeds. Unless otherwise agreed, if no response is received within one day after the Digital Sample is sent, SG LASER may proceed with production using the supplied design. Approval of a proof does not remove your rights where we make an error, supply faulty goods or fail to follow the agreed specification.
Price, payment and ordering
Prices are expressed in EUR. SG LASER is not currently registered for VAT in Ireland. VAT is not separately charged on our invoices. The applicable product total, delivery charge and any other charges must be disclosed before you commit to pay. Payment methods are those available in checkout for your order.
Review your items, personalisation, delivery address and total before submitting an order. Keep the order confirmation. If a product is unavailable or we cannot fulfil the agreed order, we will contact you about an agreed alternative or the refund due. We will not substitute a different personalised product without agreement.
Delivery, cancellations and problems
Our usual preparation time is 3–5 working days before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is disclosed for a particular order or agreed with you. Transit time is additional. The Shipping & Delivery Policy explains processing and delivery; the Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligible cancellations, personalised goods and faulty goods. These policies form part of the information provided before purchase.
A product being made after an order does not, by itself, mean that all cancellation rights are excluded. The relevant exception concerns goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods. Rights concerning faults and non-conformity remain.
Using the website and resolving complaints
Do not reproduce our original website content or product designs without permission or another lawful basis. Nothing in this clause restricts uses permitted by law.
Contact sglasershop@gmail.com with an order reference and a description of any problem. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Irish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections, including protections that may apply in your country of residence. These terms do not remove any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law. Changes to terms should apply to future purchases and should not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.
Voluntary exchanges: SG LASER does not offer a general voluntary exchange programme. Requests may be considered individually, without limiting any statutory right to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable.
