REVIEW DRAFT — NOT ADOPTED OR PUBLISHED | Effective date pending
This review draft covers the intended SGLaser consent approach and integrations identified in Wix. It is not a cookie scan. Unverified inventory and consent behaviour remain unresolved before publication.
Who we are
SG LASER. Business owner: Kamila Gajos. Business registration number CRO/RBN: 622586. Business and returns address: Reanduff, Tallow, Co. Cork, P51 P2W6, Ireland. Email: sglasershop@gmail.com. Website: https://www.sglaser.ie.
This policy concerns the SGLaser website. Cookies are small files stored in a browser; similar technologies can also store or access device information. Server event integrations must be assessed separately and are not proven compliant simply because no browser cookie is visible.
Categories
Essential Cookies support functions that are strictly necessary for a service you request, such as core shopping or security functions. The proposed banner keeps this category on. A technology must be assessed by its actual purpose; labelling it Essential does not make it exempt.
Functional Cookies are optional technologies that remember preferences or personalise an experience beyond what is strictly necessary. The target setting is off until chosen.
Analytics Cookies are optional technologies used to understand website activity. The target setting is off until analytics consent is given.
Marketing Cookies are optional technologies used for advertising measurement or related advertising functions. The target setting is off until marketing consent is given.
Technologies identified in configuration
The store is hosted on Wix. Audit evidence lists Google Tag, a Google Analytics entry, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Conversions and Meta Pixel & CAPI as connected or enabled in Wix. Wix classifies the Analytics entry and GTM as Analytics, and Google Ads and Facebook Pixel as Marketing.
These are integration names, not a verified cookie inventory. No cookie names, storage lifetimes or actual event payloads are specified here because they were not verified. The Google Analytics destination and all tags within GTM still require confirmation. CAPI is a server event integration and requires its own review.
Proposed consent choices
The intended first layer offers Accept All, Reject All and Cookie Settings with comparable visibility for acceptance and rejection. Essential remains on; Functional, Analytics and Marketing begin off. Closing a banner must not be treated as consent to optional technologies.
The intended Cookie Settings control on every page lets you review category choices, save preferences and later withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Refusing optional cookies should not prevent necessary cart and checkout functions.
These are target requirements. Existing audit evidence does not confirm live enforcement. A Cookie Settings widget appearing in Wix does not prove that tracking is blocked after rejection or withdrawal.
Browser controls and other websites
Your browser may offer separate controls to inspect, remove or block stored data. Removing stored data may remove a saved consent choice or shopping session. Browser controls do not replace our responsibility to offer appropriate site consent controls.
Following a link to an external site brings you to that provider's own site and privacy information. A link is not evidence that its tracking technology runs within SGLaser.
Inventory required before publication
Confirm each observed technology's name, provider, purpose, category, first or third party status, duration and consent rule, with the test date and state. Record CAPI server events separately.
At present, the complete cookie and storage inventory, actual expiry values, server consent handling and the absence of pre-consent or post-refusal tracking are not verified. No PASS claim is made for these tests.
Questions
Contact sglasershop@gmail.com for questions about cookies or privacy. Read this alongside the separate Privacy Policy once both documents and their links are approved.
INTERNAL REVIEW — REMOVE BEFORE PUBLICATION
Use existing audit results; do not repeat completed tests. Do not publish until outstanding cookie inventory, consent enforcement and CAPI questions are resolved. Do not populate inventory with typical cookie names or default vendor retention periods copied from generic lists. Hosted checkout coverage remains a separate unresolved item. This is a review draft, not a confirmed description of live enforcement.
