To raise a return or complaint, email sglasershop@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your request. A clear cancellation statement is sufficient where a statutory cancellation right applies; prior approval or an order reference is not a condition of exercising that right.

Eligible online cancellations
For goods covered by the statutory cancellation right, tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days after notifying us to send them back. You do not need to give a reason.
Handle goods only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. A lawful deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond that level. Missing original packaging is not, by itself, a blanket reason to refuse a statutory cancellation. Pack the goods securely for return.
For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided we have informed you of this responsibility before you are bound by the contract. This rule does not apply to returns of faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods, for which we bear costs as required by applicable law.

Personalised goods
The change of mind cancellation exception applies to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as an item engraved with your chosen name or message. It does not automatically cover every standard craft supply or every product made after an order.
This exception does not take away rights when personalised goods are faulty, incorrectly made by us, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the agreed contract. An item accurately made to incorrect details supplied by a customer is different from an error made by SGLaser; contact us so that we can assess the circumstances.

Refunds following cancellation
For an eligible cancellation, we reimburse the payments due, including the standard outbound delivery cost where the entire order is cancelled. Any extra amount for a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard service need not be reimbursed.
Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notice of cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless the applicable rules require otherwise. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree another method and do not incur fees as a result. Partial order cancellations require the delivery charge treatment to be assessed under the applicable rules.

Faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods
Contact us promptly with the problem and reasonable evidence, such as photographs where useful. Original packaging is not a condition of statutory remedies.
Where a qualifying fault arises within the first 30 days of delivery, you may exercise the short term right to terminate and obtain the refund due. After that, repair or replacement generally applies, with a price reduction or termination available in the circumstances provided by law, including certain serious or unresolved faults.
These remedies must be provided as the law requires, without charging you the costs of putting faulty goods right. The expiry of the change of mind period does not end your rights in relation to a qualifying fault. We will not restrict such claims to 14 days.

Voluntary exchanges
We do not offer a general voluntary exchange service for change-of-mind purchases. We may consider an individual request at our discretion. This does not limit statutory rights to remedies for faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
