We ship products worldwide and standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. This is not a tracked service however, you can upgrade to a tracked and signed service at the checkout at your leisure.

Due to the pandemic we have noticed International Orders are taking longer to arrive then estimated date.

🔹All our products are made to order and the usual turn around time is 2-5 days but this can vary. Once an item is ready it is shipped via standard/registered post with a tracking number which will be given to you one your items have been shipped.

Here’s some advice on looking after your Cake Topper.

Please handle this product with care. When holding your cake topper, 
please hold by the thickest parts of the design or by the cake topper sticks. 
Do take care not to bend or drop the piece. Be gentle when applying pressure to insert the the topper in to your cake.

Wrap the stake with cling wrap or plastic wrap  before putting into cake.

When cared for properly, your products are sure to last for many years to come.

🔹Why is my mirror topper dull?

We leave the protective coating on to protect the surface as it travels through the post to you, 
so it arrives in the best possible condition.

Just a slight scratch with your fingernail, on the edge, should allow you to start peeling it off to reveal the lovely, 
shiny  acrylic you’ve been expecting. 

🔹The  acrylic is indeed fragile – so please be super careful as you remove the film – 
as bending or mishandling may damage your piece.
